Loyola Chicago has an ad campaign about a commitment to social Justice. I buy it.

I do wonder how many other D1 teams pray before each game for equity in refereeing and Justice in the world.

Either way, I’m proud of my time there — my first education into leadership was there, as student president we won a new student center, founded the renown first student bike lending program, and won staff re-training on race identity on campus.

It’s really exiting to see Loyola in the public, perhaps now with the recognition it deserves.
