Ancient Latin Typewriter Thought IVX

Numquam dicant semper. Quod.

Unfortunately, while I still decline to name declensions, am never in the mood for the subjunctive, and have tension over tenses, a few words of ancient Latin remain in mind. Occasionally they arrange themselves into a sensible way as I can put to page, not sure which is this.

Never.

Always.

Such is Latin.

Also, the numbers are humorous.  But I forgot the joke.
