I will post updates. Last week we won the first committee assignment. We are building votes quickly. We will coordinate what we can.
We just have to keep pushing. It is Too important. And so We’re going to Springfield again.
This is not a protest. Don’t expect to protest. This is an opportunity for us neighborhood folk to do what all the big business alliances get to do:
We’re gonna lobby.

Behind the scenes, I have had positive conversations and expression of support from State Representatives. Let’s now ask them to make their support public.

We are going to articulate how important HB5815 for providing the School Board Staff.
The new school board Must Be ABLE to do its work and mission. They will need staff that the city council can’t take away.
That is our goal. Let’s get votes. Let’s make a law.
