This proposal was prepared by Students of Loyola Chicago’s Student Government over several months in 2008 and presented to the Loyola University Chicago Board of Trustees in 2009.

The proposal resulted in a $100 million capital campaign to redevelop student life facilities at Loyola University Chicago by constructing a centralized student center.
The students beat the university administration.
They were not going to build one. So the students won it.
